SALARY:
$41,300 - HS DIPLOMA/ASSOCIATE/BACHELOR'S DEGREE
$45,000 - MASTER'S DEGREE
$50,800 - DOCTORATE DEGREE


WHAT YOU'LL DO

This Faculty position is a 180 day contract.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in degree in Health Administration, Health Sciences, Health Education, Medical Assisting, Medicine, Nursing, or Public Health. In addition, the candidate must have a America Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) certification such as Certified Coding Associate (CCA), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Specialist---Physician based (CCS---P), Certified in HealthCare Privacy and Security (CHPS), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT). Finally, the candidate must have 2 (two) years experience in Health Information Technology.

The preferred candidate will have a Masters degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Health Administration, Health Sciences, Health Education, Medical Assisting, Medicine, Nursing or Public Health.
