The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

The Program Manager manages the day-to-day operations for the five degree and certificate programs within the Health Policy & Health Services Research (HPHSR) department. They will be able to describe the programs, policies, and explain requirements to prospective and enrolled postgraduate students in each program.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse student population; ability to develop and manage relationships across various stakeholders (i.e. students, faculty, program and university administration); ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated with problem solving; professional demeanor and excellent customer service abilities.
