Job Description:
The Director of Student Health Services provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and administrative direction for a comprehensive student health program at UNC Pembroke. The Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, student-centered care that supports the health and wellbeing of the student population. This role is responsible for clinical service delivery, policy development, staff supervision, budget management, regulatory compliance, and campus health education and outreach.
Management Preference:
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in college health or with similar populations.
- Proven success in leading teams and fostering supportive health environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across campus and community systems to address student health disparities and support holistic wellness.
